The TI-36X is a well designed scientific calculator that is well suited for engineers, professionals, and students. The keypad on this calculator is acceptable and mapped well. The EE (engineering exponent) key is optimally placed right above the number keypad. In addition to scientific and statistical functions, this calculator includes support for Hex, Oct, and Bin bases and includes logical operators such as AND, XOR, NOT, etc. The only downside to this calculator is it's one line display which shows fewer characters than the more common multi-line displays seen on other models.
